margin: 0in 0in 12.75pt; text-align: justify;\"><strong><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-size: 11.5pt; font-family: 'Ubuntu',sans-serif; color: #222222;\">\u00cen perioadele cu temperaturi ridicate extreme, r<\/span><\/strong><em><b><u><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-size: 11.5pt; font-family: 'Ubuntu',sans-serif; color: #222222;\">espectiv temperaturi ce dep\u0103\u015fesc 37<\/span><\/u><\/b><\/em><em><b><u><sup><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-size: 8.5pt; font-family: 'Ubuntu',sans-serif; color: #222222;\">0<\/span><\/sup><\/u><\/b><\/em><em><b><u><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-size: 11.5pt; font-family: 'Ubuntu',sans-serif; color: #222222;\">C sau, c\u00e2nd indicele temperatur\u0103-umiditate dep\u0103\u015fe\u015fte pragul valoric de 80 unit\u0103\u0163i<\/span><\/u><\/b><\/em><strong><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-size: 11.5pt; font-family: 'Ubuntu',sans-serif; color: #222222;\">, \u00a0angajatorii trebuie s\u0103 ia toate m\u0103surile prev\u0103zute de Legea securit\u0103\u0163ii \u015fi s\u0103n\u0103t\u0103\u0163ii \u00een munc\u0103 nr. 319\/2006 \u015fi Hot\u0103r\u00e2rea Guvernului nr. 580 din 6 iulie 2000, pentru aprobarea Normelor metodologice de aplicare a prevederilor Ordonan\u0163ei de Urgen\u0163\u0103 a Guvernului nr. 99\/2000, pentru asigurarea condi\u0163iilor de microclimat la locul de munc\u0103 \u00een limitele prev\u0103zute, m\u0103suri care vor fi stabilite de angajator \u00eempreun\u0103 cu reprezentan\u0163ii sindicatelor sau, dup\u0103 caz, cu reprezentan\u0163ii ale\u015fi ai salaria\u0163ilor. \u00cen unit\u0103\u0163ile \u00een care func\u0163ioneaz\u0103 Comitete de Securitate \u015fi S\u0103n\u0103tate \u00een Munc\u0103, m\u0103surile vor fi stabilite de acestea, iar \u00een institu\u0163ii \u015fi unit\u0103\u0163i finan\u0163ate din fonduri bugetare \u015fi extrabugetare, m\u0103surile vor fi stabilite de ordonatorii de credite, respectiv de conduc\u0103torii institu\u0163iilor.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"background: white; margin: 0in 0in 12.75pt; text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-size: 11.5pt; font-family: 'Ubuntu',sans-serif; color: #222222;\">Administra\u0163ia Na\u0163ional\u0103 de Meteorologie prin centrele meteorologice regionale are obliga\u0163ia\u00a0 de a comunica zonele \u00een care temperatura, respectiv indicele de temperatur\u0103-umiditate, atinge pragurile valorice men\u0163ionate, precum \u015fi zonele pentru care se prognozeaz\u0103 atingerea sau dep\u0103\u015firea\u00a0 acestor praguri.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"background: white; margin: 0in 0in 12.75pt; text-align: justify;\"><strong><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-size: 11.5pt; font-family: 'Ubuntu',sans-serif; color: #222222;\">1.\u00a0\u00cen perioadele cu temperaturi ridicate extreme, angajatorii trebuie s\u0103 asigure urm\u0103toarele m\u0103suri minimale:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"background: white; margin: 0in 0in 12.75pt; text-align: justify;\"><strong><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-size: 11.5pt; font-family: 'Ubuntu',sans-serif; color: #222222;\">A.\u00a0<u>Pentru ameliorarea condi\u0163iilor de munc\u0103<\/u>:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"background: white; margin: 0in 0in 12.75pt; text-align: justify;\"><strong><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-size: 11.5pt; font-family: 'Ubuntu',sans-serif; color: #222222;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 a) reducerea intensit\u0103\u0163ii \u015fi ritmului activit\u0103\u0163ilor fizice;<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"background: white; margin: 0in 0in 12.75pt; text-align: justify;\"><strong><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-size: 11.5pt; font-family: 'Ubuntu',sans-serif; color: #222222;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 b) asigurarea ventila\u0163iei la locurile de munc\u0103;<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"background: white; margin: 0in 0in 12.75pt; text-align: justify;\"><strong><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-size: 11.5pt; font-family: 'Ubuntu',sans-serif; color: #222222;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 c) alternarea efortului dinamic cu cel static;<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"background: white; margin: 0in 0in 12.75pt; text-align: justify;\"><strong><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-size: 11.5pt; font-family: 'Ubuntu',sans-serif; color: #222222;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 d) alternarea perioadelor de lucru cu perioadele de repaus \u00een locuri umbrite, cu curen\u0163i de aer.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"background: white; margin: 0in 0in 12.75pt; text-align: justify;\"><strong><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-size: 11.5pt; font-family: 'Ubuntu',sans-serif; color: #222222;\">\u00a0B.\u00a0<u>Pentru men\u0163inerea st\u0103rii de s\u0103n\u0103tate a angaja\u0163ilor<\/u>:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"background: white; margin: 0in 0in 12.75pt; text-align: justify;\"><strong><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-size: 11.5pt; font-family: 'Ubuntu',sans-serif; color: #222222;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0a) asigurarea apei minerale adecvate, c\u00e2te 2-4 litri\/persoan\u0103\/schimb;<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"background: white; margin: 0in 0in 12.75pt; text-align: justify;\"><strong><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-size: 11.5pt; font-family: 'Ubuntu',sans-serif; color: #222222;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0b) asigurarea echipamentului individual de protec\u0163ie;<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"background: white; margin: 0in 0in 12.75pt; text-align: justify;\"><strong><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-size: 11.5pt; font-family: 'Ubuntu',sans-serif; color: #222222;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 c) asigurarea de du\u015furi.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"background: white; margin: 0in 0in 12.75pt; text-align: justify;\"><strong><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-size: 11.5pt; font-family: 'Ubuntu',sans-serif; color: #222222;\">C. Pentru prevenirea unor \u00eemboln\u0103viri determinate de munca \u00een condi\u0163ii de temperaturi extreme angajatorii trebuie s\u0103 asigure:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"background: white; margin: 0in 0in 12.75pt; text-align: justify;\"><strong><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-size: 11.5pt; font-family: 'Ubuntu',sans-serif; color: #222222;\">a) examenul medical la angajare \u015fi controlul medical periodic, urm\u0103rind depistarea precoce a contraindica\u0163iilor pentru munca la temperaturi crescute;<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"background: white; margin: 0in 0in 12.75pt; text-align: justify;\"><strong><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-size: 11.5pt; font-family: 'Ubuntu',sans-serif; color: #222222;\">b)primul ajutor \u015fi transportul la cea mai apropiat\u0103 unitate sanitar\u0103 a persoanelor afectate;<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"background: white; margin: 0in 0in 12.75pt; text-align: justify;\"><strong><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-size: 11.5pt; font-family: 'Ubuntu',sans-serif; color: #222222;\">c)trecerea, dup\u0103 posibilit\u0103\u0163i, \u00een alte locuri de munc\u0103 sau reducerea programului de munc\u0103 pentru persoanele cu afec\u0163iuni, care au contraindica\u0163ii privind munca la temperaturi extreme.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"background: white; margin: 0in 0in 12.75pt; text-align: justify;\"><strong><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-size: 11.5pt; font-family: 'Ubuntu',sans-serif; color: #222222;\">2.\u00a0 Angajatorii care nu pot asigura condi\u0163iile susmen\u0163ionate vor lua, de comun acord cu reprezentan\u0163ii sindicatelor sau cu reprezentan\u0163ii ale\u015fi ai salaria\u0163ilor, dup\u0103 caz, urm\u0103toarele m\u0103suri:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"background: white; margin: 0in 0in 12.75pt; text-align: justify;\"><strong><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-size: 11.5pt; font-family: 'Ubuntu',sans-serif; color: #222222;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0a) reducerea duratei zilei de lucru;<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"background: white; margin: 0in 0in 12.75pt; text-align: justify;\"><strong><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-size: 11.5pt; font-family: 'Ubuntu',sans-serif; color: #222222;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0b) e\u015falonarea pe dou\u0103 perioade a zilei de lucru:p\u00e2n\u0103 la ora 11.00 \u015fi dup\u0103 ora 17.00;<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"background: white; margin: 0in 0in 12.75pt; text-align: justify;\"><strong><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-size: 11.5pt; font-family: 'Ubuntu',sans-serif; color: #222222;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 c) \u00eentreruperea colectiv\u0103 a lucrului cu asigurarea continuit\u0103\u0163ii activit\u0103\u0163ii \u00een locurile \u00een\u00a0 care aceasta nu poate fi \u00eentrerupt\u0103, potrivit prevederilor legale.Aceste m\u0103suri suplimentare se vor stabili dac\u0103 temperaturile extreme se men\u0163in pe o perioad\u0103 de cel pu\u0163in dou\u0103 zile consecutiv.\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"background: white; margin: 0in 0in 12.75pt; text-align: justify;\"><strong><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-size: 11.5pt; font-family: 'Ubuntu',sans-serif; color: #222222;\">Pe durata \u00eentreruperii colective a lucrului contractele individuale de munc\u0103 ale salaria\u0163ilor se men\u0163in, iar perioada de \u00eentrerupere constituie vechime \u00een munc\u0103.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0in; background: white; text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-size: 11.5pt; font-family: 'Ubuntu',sans-serif; color: #222222;\">Neluarea m\u0103surilor de prevenire constituie contraven\u0163ii \u015fi se sanc\u0163ioneaz\u0103 cu amend\u0103 de la\u00a0<strong><span style=\"font-family: 'Ubuntu',sans-serif;\">1500<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0lei la\u00a0<strong><span style=\"font-family: 'Ubuntu',sans-serif;\">2500<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0lei, dac\u0103 faptele nu au fost s\u0103v\u00e2r\u015fite \u00een astfel de condi\u0163ii \u00eenc\u00e2t s\u0103 fie considerate, potrivit legii penale, infrac\u0163iuni.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0in; background: white; text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-size: 11.5pt; font-family: 'Ubuntu',sans-serif; color: #222222;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0in; background: white; text-align: center;\"><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-size: 11.5pt; font-family: 'Ubuntu',sans-serif; color: #222222;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0in; background: white; text-align: center;\"><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-size: 11.5pt;
