fa\u021b\u0103 de luna anterioar\u0103 (+39,4%), potrivit informa\u0163iilor oferite de <strong>Direc\u0163ia Jude\u0163ean\u0103 de Statistic\u0103 Giurgiu<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00cen primele \u0219ase luni ale anului 2024, <strong>num\u0103rul autoriza\u021biilor de construire pentru cl\u0103diri reziden\u021biale<\/strong> eliberate pe total jude\u021b, a fost justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>PRECIZ\u0102RI METODOLOGICE<\/strong><strong>:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong><em>Sursa datelor<\/em><\/strong><em> o constituie cercetarea statistic\u0103 lunar\u0103 \u201cAutoriza\u0163ii de construire eliberate pentru cl\u0103diri\u201d (ACC), \u00een conformitate cu Regulamentul Consiliului European nr. 1165\/1998 \u015fi Regulamentul Consiliului \u015fi Parlamentului European nr. 1158\/2005 cu privire la statisticile pe termen scurt.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong><em>Cercetarea statistic\u0103 este exhaustiv\u0103<\/em><\/strong><em> \u015fi se adreseaz\u0103 institu\u0163iilor administra\u0163iei publice locale (consiliu jude\u0163ean \u015fi consilii locale).<\/em><\/li>\n<li><strong><em>Defini\u021bii<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><em>Autoriza\u0163ia de construire <\/em><\/strong><em>constituie actul de autoritate al administra\u0163iei locale pe baza c\u0103ruia se asigur\u0103 aplicarea m\u0103surilor prev\u0103zute de lege referitoare la amplasarea, proiectarea, executarea \u015fi func\u0163ionarea construc\u0163iilor.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>Autoriza\u0163ia de construire se elibereaz\u0103 beneficiarului lucr\u0103rii, \u00een temeiul \u015fi cu respectarea documenta\u0163iilor de urbanism \u015fi amenajare a teritoriului, \u00een vederea \u00eenceperii lucr\u0103rilor de construc\u0163ii.<\/em><em> Lucrarea se refer\u0103 la autoriza\u021biile de construire eliberate pentru cl\u0103diri reziden\u021biale. <\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><em>Cl\u0103direa reziden\u0163ial\u0103<\/em><\/strong><em> este acea cl\u0103dire care este folosit\u0103 integral sau \u00een cea mai mare parte (peste 50% din spa\u021biul locuibil sau din volumul construit) pentru locuit.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>\u00cen categoria <strong>alte cl\u0103diri<\/strong> se cuprind: hoteluri \u015fi alte cl\u0103diri similare, cl\u0103diri pentru comer\u0163ul cu ridicata \u015fi cu am\u0103nuntul, cl\u0103diri pentru transport \u015fi comunica\u0163ii, cl\u0103diri industriale \u015fi agricole, cl\u0103diri pentru \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103m\u00e2nt, \u015ftiin\u0163\u0103, cultur\u0103 \u015fi art\u0103, ocrotirea s\u0103n\u0103t\u0103\u0163ii, cultur\u0103 fizic\u0103 \u015fi agreement, etc.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/strong><strong>\u00a0Compartimentul de
