Dac\u0103 nu te hidratezi corect, organismul t\u0103u va absorbi c\u00e2t mai mult lichid din \u0163esuturi, inclusiv din colon, \u015fi astfel apare constipa\u0163ia. Hidratarea este esen\u0163ial\u0103 pentru un tranzit intestinal s\u0103n\u0103tos, deoarece \u00eenmoaie materiile fecale \u015fi u\u015fureaz\u0103 astfel procesul de defeca\u0163ie. Cea mai bun\u0103 modalitate de a preveni aceste nepl\u0103ceri const\u0103 \u00eentr-un aport corect de ap\u0103.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Senza\u0163ie permanent\u0103 de foame \u015fi kilograme \u00een plus<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Din p\u0103cate, creierul are o mare problem\u0103 \u00een a distinge nevoia de a m\u00e2nca \u015fi cea de a bea ap\u0103. Hipotalamusul, regiunea din creier responsabil\u0103 cu reglarea senza\u0163iei de foame sau sete, prime\u015fte adesea semnale contradictorii, iar noi alegem s\u0103 m\u00e2nc\u0103m, \u00een loc s\u0103 bem ap\u0103.
