Singura excep\u021bie a fost studiul din\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.infocons.ro\/vault\/upload\/Studiu\/Aditivi2011.pdf\">2011<\/a>, unde procentajul a fost de 25%.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.infocons.ro\/vault\/upload\/Studiu\/7_E-uri.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"311\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a06 E-uri aveau \u00een medie produsele\u00a0\u00een studiul din\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.infocons.ro\/vault\/upload\/Studiu\/Aditivi2011.pdf\">2011<\/a>, iar aceast\u0103 cifr\u0103 a crescut p\u00e2n\u0103 la\u00a07 \u00een\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.infocons.ro\/vault\/upload\/Studiu\/Aditivi2015.pdf\">2015<\/a>\u00a0\u0219i chiar\u00a010 \u00een\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.infocons.ro\/vault\/upload\/Studiu\/Aditivi2016.pdf\">2016<\/a>. Abia pentru studiul din\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.infocons.ro\/vault\/upload\/Studiu\/Aditivi2018.pdf\">2018<\/a>, aceasta a cobor\u00e2t\u00a0la 8 aditivi \u00een medie\u00a0pentru produsele studiate.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.infocons.ro\/vault\/upload\/Studiu\/media_si_mediana_aditivi.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"655\" height=\"440\" \/><\/p>\n<p>15\u00a0&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0Cel mai mare num\u0103r de aditivi alimentari \u00eentr-un singur produs, reg\u0103sit \u00een studiul din\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.infocons.ro\/vault\/upload\/Studiu\/Aditivi2016.pdf\">2016<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>0\u00a0&#8211;\u00a0Patru produse nu au avut nici un aditiv alimentar \u00een componen\u021ba lor, 2 dintre ele fiind studiate \u00een\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.infocons.ro\/vault\/upload\/Studiu\/Aditivi2011.pdf\">2011<\/a>, \u0219i celelalte 2 \u00een\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.infocons.ro\/vault\/upload\/Studiu\/Aditivi2015.pdf\">2015<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Cei mai des \u00eent\u00e2lni\u021bi aditivi alimentari au fost urm\u0103torii:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>76,62%\u00a0este procentajul produselor \u00een care a fost g\u0103sit\u00a0caragenanul (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.infocons.ro\/ro\/dictionar\/e407\">E407<\/a>);<\/li>\n<li>74,02%\u00a0este procentajul produselor \u00een care au fost g\u0103si\u021bi\u00a0polifosfa\u021bi (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.infocons.ro\/ro\/dictionar\/e452\">E452<\/a>);<\/li>\n<li>67,53%\u00a0este procentajul produselor \u00een care a fost g\u0103sit\u00a0monoglutamatul de sodiu (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.infocons.ro\/ro\/dictionar\/E621\">E621<\/a>);<\/li>\n<li>50,64%\u00a0este procentajul produselor \u00een care a fost g\u0103sit\u00a0ascorbatul de sodiu (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.infocons.ro\/ro\/dictionar\/e301?fp=1\">E301<\/a>);<\/li>\n<li>49,35% este procentajul produselor \u00een care a fost g\u0103sit\u00a0carmin (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.infocons.ro\/ro\/dictionar\/e120?fp=1\">E120<\/a>).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.infocons.ro\/vault\/upload\/Studiu\/aditivi_cel_mai_frecvent.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"601\" height=\"412\" \/><\/p>\n<p>28\u00a0&#8211; cele mai multe tipuri diferite de aditivi, g\u0103si\u021bi \u00een produsele din studiul pe 2016. Acestea au sc\u0103zut cu 35,72%, \u00een studiul din 2018.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.infocons.ro\/vault\/upload\/Studiu\/tipuri_diferite_E-uri.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"353\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Din punct de vedere al valorii energetice:<\/p>\n<p>Cel mai mare aport energetic\u00a0a fost identificat \u00een studiile din\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.infocons.ro\/vault\/upload\/Studiu\/Valori_energetice2011.pdf\">2011<\/a>,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.infocons.ro\/vault\/upload\/Studiu\/Valori_energetice2016.pdf\">2016<\/a>\u00a0\u0219i\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.infocons.ro\/vault\/upload\/Studiu\/Valori_energetice2018.pdf\">2018<\/a>,\u00a0unde\u00a0valoarea maxim\u0103 a atins 286 kcal\/100g.\u00a0Aceasta a sc\u0103zut doar \u00een studiul din\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.infocons.ro\/vault\/upload\/Studiu\/Valori_energetice2015.pdf\">2015<\/a>\u00a0\u2013 270 kcal\/100g.<\/p>\n<p>La polul opus, cel mai mic aport caloric\u00a0a fost identificat \u00een studiul din2015,\u00a0unde\u00a0valoarea minim\u0103 a atins 130 kcal\/100g.\u00a0Aceasta\u00a0a crescut\u00a0p\u00e2n\u0103 la\u00a0167,3 kcal\/100g \u00een\u00a02016,\u00a0suferind apoi o u\u0219oar\u0103\u00a0sc\u0103dere\u00a0p\u00e2n\u0103 la\u00a0167 kcal\/100g \u00een\u00a02018.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.infocons.ro\/vault\/upload\/Studiu\/aport_caloric.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"629\" height=\"352\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Din punct de vedere al nutrien\u021bilor:<\/p>\n<p>13,3geste\u00a0valoarea maxim\u0103 a proteinelor\u00a0g\u0103site \u00eentr-un singur produs, \u00een studiul din\u00a02011.\u00a0Aceasta se afl\u0103 \u00eentr-un\u00a0trend descendent,\u00a0cobor\u00e2nd p\u00e2n\u0103 la\u00a011g \u00een studiul din\u00a02015, 10,9g \u00een studiul din\u00a02016\u0219i\u00a07g \u00een studiul din\u00a02018.<\/p>\n<p>0,4geste\u00a0valoarea minim\u0103 a proteinelor\u00a0g\u0103site \u00eentr-un singur produs, \u00een studiul din2016.\u00a0Aceasta\u00a0a crescut\u00a0p\u00e2n\u0103 la\u00a02g\u00a0\u00een studiul din\u00a02018, revenind astfel la valoarea avut\u0103 \u0219i \u00een studiul din\u00a02015.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.infocons.ro\/vault\/upload\/Studiu\/aport_proteic.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"632\" height=\"355\" \/><\/p>\n<p>10,2g\u00a0este\u00a0cantitatea maxim\u0103 de glucide\u00a0g\u0103site \u00eentr-un singur produs, \u00een studiul din2011.\u00a0Aceasta a urmat un\u00a0trend descendent,\u00a0cobor\u00e2nd p\u00e2n\u0103 la\u00a08,8g \u00een\u00a02015,\u00a0respectiv\u00a07,1g \u00een\u00a02016. \u00cen\u00a02018se afl\u0103 din nou\u00a0\u00een urcare,\u00a0ajung\u00e2nd la\u00a08g.<\/p>\n<p>1g\u00a0este\u00a0cantitatea minim\u0103 de glucide\u00a0g\u0103site \u00eentr-un singur produs, \u00een studiul din2016.\u00a0Aceasta\u00a0a crescut\u00a0p\u00e2n\u0103 la\u00a03,3g \u00een\u00a02018,\u00a0dup\u0103 ce\u00a0cobor\u00e2se\u00a0de la\u00a02,1g \u00een\u00a02011,\u00a0respectiv\u00a03,6g \u00een\u00a02015.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.infocons.ro\/vault\/upload\/Studiu\/glucide.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"664\" height=\"321\" \/><\/p>\n<p>52.69% din produsele studiate nu prezint\u0103 zaharuri \u00een componen\u021ba lor. De altfel, nivelul acestora este redus, nedep\u0103\u0219ind mai mult de 2g\/100g.<\/p>\n<p>28,9g\u00a0este\u00a0cantitatea maxim\u0103 de gr\u0103simi\u00a0g\u0103site \u00een produse\u00a0(cont\u00e2nd pentru aproape 25% din cantitatea produsului)\u00a0care au f\u0103cut parte din studiile din\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.infocons.ro\/vault\/upload\/Studiu\/Grasimi2011.pdf\">2011<\/a>,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.infocons.ro\/vault\/upload\/Studiu\/Grasimi2016.pdf\">2016<\/a>\u00a0\u0219i\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.infocons.ro\/vault\/upload\/Studiu\/Grasimi2018.pdf\">2018<\/a>.\u00a0Singurul studiu \u00een care aceasta a oscilat este cel din\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.infocons.ro\/vault\/upload\/Studiu\/Grasimi2015.pdf\">2015<\/a>,\u00a0unde a suferit o\u00a0u\u0219oar\u0103 sc\u0103dere,\u00a0p\u00e2n\u0103 la\u00a027,3g.<\/p>\n<p>13,6g\u00a0este\u00a0cantitatea minim\u0103 de\u00a0gr\u0103simi g\u0103site \u00een produse care au f\u0103cut parte din studiile din\u00a02016\u00a0\u0219i\u00a02018.\u00a0Remarc\u0103m un\u00a0trend descendent,\u00a0valorile minime anterioare fiind\u00a015,3g \u00een\u00a02011,\u00a0respectiv\u00a014,5g \u00een\u00a02015.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.infocons.ro\/vault\/upload\/Studiu\/grasimi.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"682\" height=\"343\" \/><\/p>\n<p>2.57g\u00a0este\u00a0media acizilor gra\u0219i satura\u021bi\u00a0prezen\u021bi \u00een produsele studiate \u00een ultimul studiu, cel din2018. Remarc\u0103m o fluctua\u021bie la acest capitol,\u00a0media fiind\u00a0acum pe o pant\u0103 ascendent\u0103, de la\u00a02,41g \u00een\u00a02016. V\u00e2rful\u00a0acestei statistici a fost atins \u00een\u00a02015, cu 3,2g, iar \u00een\u00a02011,\u00a0media a fost de\u00a02,95g.<\/p>\n<p>Un singur produs a dep\u0103\u0219it 4g\/100g de acizi gra\u0219i satura\u021bi, ajung\u00e2nd chiar la 8.1g, \u00een studiul din\u00a02015.<\/p>\n<p>Numai 15,05% din produsele studiate au \u00een componen\u021ba lor fibre.\u00a0Acestea se reg\u0103sesc \u00eens\u0103 \u00een\u00a0cantit\u0103\u021bi reduse, sub 2g.\u00a0Mai mult, \u00een studiul din2011, nu am identificat niciun produs care s\u0103 con\u021bin\u0103 fibre,\u00a0iar \u00een2016, din cele 21 de produse studiate, unul singur a avut fibre \u00een componen\u021ba sa.<\/p>\n<p>1.89g\u00a0este\u00a0valoarea maxim\u0103 de sodiu\u00a0dintr-un produs (echivalentul a aproape 40% din cantitatea zilnic\u0103 de sare recomandat\u0103 de Organiza\u021bia Mondial\u0103 a S\u0103n\u0103t\u0103\u021bii), atins\u0103 \u00een studiile din\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.infocons.ro\/vault\/upload\/Studiu\/Sare2018.pdf\">2018<\/a>\u00a0\u0219i\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.infocons.ro\/vault\/upload\/Studiu\/Sare2016.pdf\">2016<\/a>.\u00a0Remarc\u0103m\u00a0trendul ascendent\u00a0al cantit\u0103\u021bii de sodiu folosite, valorile maxime anterioare\u00a0fiind\u00a01,4g \u00een\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.infocons.ro\/vault\/upload\/Studiu\/Sare2015.pdf\">2015<\/a>,\u00a0respectiv\u00a00,65g \u2013 \u00een\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.infocons.ro\/vault\/upload\/Studiu\/Sare2011.pdf\">2011<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>0.46g\u00a0este\u00a0valoarea minim\u0103 de sodiu\u00a0dintr-un produs, reg\u0103sit\u0103 \u00een studiul din2011.\u00a0Aceasta sufer\u0103 o u\u0219oar\u0103\u00a0ascensiune,\u00a0p\u00e2n\u0103 la\u00a01g \u00een\u00a02015, cobor\u00e2nd\u00a0apoi la\u00a00.51g \u00een\u00a02016\u00a0\u0219i\u00a02018.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.infocons.ro\/vault\/upload\/Studiu\/sodiu.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"645\" height=\"348\" \/><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.infocons.ro\/vault\/upload\/sorin-mierlea.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"201\" height=\"279\" \/>\u00a0\u201cSuntem cet\u0103\u021beni europeni \u0219i avem drepturi!
