(2) \u0219i (3) autorit\u0103\u021bile \u0219i institu\u021biile publice, persoanele juridice, publice sau private, care au cel pu\u021bin 50 de angaja\u021bi, au obliga\u021bia de a angaja persoane cu handicap \u00eentr-un procent de cel pu\u021bin 4% din num\u0103rul total de angaja\u021bi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dac\u0103 nu angajeaz\u0103 persoane cu handicap, pl\u0103tesc lunar c\u0103tre bugetul de stat o suma reprezent\u00e2nd salariul de baz\u0103 minim brut pe \u021bar\u0103 garantat \u00een plata \u00eenmul\u021bit cu num\u0103rul de locuri de munc\u0103 \u00een care nu au angajat persoane cu handicap.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">De exemplu, o entitate cu 100 de angaja\u021bi, are obliga\u021bia fie de a angaja persoane cu handicap \u00eentr-un procent de cel pu\u021bin 4% din num\u0103rul total de angaja\u021bi, respectiv 4% x 100 = 4, fie de a pl\u0103ti la stat lunar o suma egal\u0103 cu 4 x 2.230 lei = 8.920 lei.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Anterior acestei modific\u0103ri, suma pe care o datora era de 4 x 2.080 lei = 8.320 lei, cu 600 de lei mai pu\u021bin.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Odat\u0103 cu majorarea<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[6],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-65956","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-breaking-news"],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.giurgiuveanul.ro\/stiri\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts\/65956","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.giurgiuveanul.ro\/stiri\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.giurgiuveanul.ro\/stiri\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/post"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.giurgiuveanul.ro\/stiri\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/1"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.giurgiuveanul.ro\/stiri\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=65956"}],"version-history":[{"count":0,"href":"https:\/\/www.giurgiuveanul.ro\/stiri\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts\/65956\/revisions"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.giurgiuveanul.ro\/stiri\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=65956"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"category","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.giurgiuveanul.ro\/stiri\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/categories?post=65956"},{"taxonomy":"post_tag","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.giurgiuveanul.ro\/stiri\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/tags?post=65956"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
